DRIVER NEEDED: unknown TX PRO2 motherboard (Windows XP Professional) [IDE]

hi does anyone know where i can get the manual for a TX PRO2 motherboard

i have looked in the obvious places and i cannot find one. would anyone know where i can get one or does someone have it in a PDF file.

i also require the drivers for it i do have the disk but it has been scratched and will not read.

if anyone has these i do not mind paying for them
