olivetti philos 44

Hi, i would like to enter in the bios of an old olivetti , in the archive i found a file to be downloaded and puted on an 5.0 ms-dos bootable disk.
Done.
I start and there is a file named upgrade.exe i run it and a list appears as if you type /? in dos
so i saw that the option upgrade -U is the one that i need i run it but nothing changed and i can reach the bios to specified the hdd cyl head and sector
i have run an old ezdrive disk wich told me that the hdd works and its contain a lot of files.

Anybody can remember the old good time and tell me what to do ?
