DRIVER NEEDED: Toshiba Toshiba soft modem AMR (Windows XP Home)

I have a laptop with a Toshiba soft modem AMR that will not do anything. I was told by a tech from Overstock, where i purchaced, that i needed to upgrade my driver to Toshiba soft modem amr 5.0.0.2. I can find sites that have said driver but am unable to download. Please help.

Please provide the numbers from the laptop. ie: serial, model, any other number(s). Dell made considerable more than ONE model of laptop.
