DRIVER NEEDED: DP83816 Ether driver DP83816 Ether driver (Not Applicable) [PCI / ISA]

Hi,

I am working on a network device DP83816(national), and trying to make it work on Auto negotiation mode.

I have made all the register setting as per the standard(even cross checked it with oter sample drivers available), but the driver doesnt seem to work properly, and the link goes automatically up and down.
I am using AMX RTOS and the network device DP83816.

What might be the reason?

Please provide me guidance ASAP.
