Swan products have product numbers beginning with SW-xxxxx. Without that, all I can offer is their website support link:

"versacam" is not in their listing of product names which leads me to believe it actually is not built by the Swann company but possibly a counterfeit model.

also, [url=www.ioxperts.com/devices_allcams.html] IoExpert website[/url has not drivers listed for this model. And their Un-supported page doesn't offer much help either.

you need to verify the chipset used inside the cam to get further help. I suspect it has a "STV0672" chipset. Can you verify? If so, then this driver might work for you:

I did find this picture of a Versacam Mini.. is it the same as what you have?
