Driver How To.....Needed

Iam using XPpro-64bit and need to load the driver for this Dlink usb.
Looking at the file, G122_x64_Driver.zip (Driver),
submitted by ouija I've noticed there are many files in the zip and I have'nt a clue as to how to load which or ....
Is there any one or any where that I can teach me how to do this correctly ?
AS a side note, so far, I "like" xp64 but finding and loading drivers is a Major Paine. Is the Vista 64 the same as xp64 ?
