serial numbers mean nothing. Philips did not make your tv tuner, they only made the chipset on it. Please look at the card and note the model and brand and FCC ID number. Then repost with that and perhaps we can help you. There are many tv card makers who use that chipset.... Flyvideo is one. Here is their driver if you wish to try it:

Apologies for using old thread but hopefully still monitored.
Any idea why philips saa713x hybrid capture device driver (Ver1.345.9.1007) installs and works perfectly on only 4 of my cards 8 inputs. Other 4 inputs show error installing driver.
If i disable one of the inputs that installed ok and reboot, another of the inputs that originally had an error installs ok. So can only have 4 of the 8 inputs working.
