zip the drivers up using WinZip, upload to driverguide.com, and post a link to the upload in this thread. We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what the problem is. We don't need the ArcSoft software, just the usb driver. I doubt it's caused from a bad driver disk (or 2). Does the usb port that it's plugged into work (device manager, usb controllers)? Do you have any other usb devices plugged in that work?
