DRIVER NEEDED: Sony VAIO VGN-N11S (Windows XP Professional)

Looked for this driver EVERYWHERE and can't find it. I'm updating the driver for a customer because although Device Manager shows the Driver as present the Laptop plays no sound and an error pops up stating the device is in use by another program even when nothing else is open.
