I have one also, the manufaturer is in taiwan, not in iran. the web site is
www.lighwave.com.tw, but they dont have there the driver, I asked by mail to their support. can you visit the site and maybe you find some that I dont see.

I have that driver if you need it just send message to my email and i will send it to you, is a small EXE file and works very well on XP.
