So do I! I have searched the site for a driver, but so far I've had no luck. The disk that came with it doen't work, it will install the driver but when I plug the camera into the usb port it says that it was not installed properly. It's a bit of a nuiscence. Some help on the matter would be greatly received!

Zip the installation disk into a single file, then upload it to driverguide.com.
Then post a link to it in this thread. We'll take a look at it and see what's the problem.

Question Re: DRIVER NEEDED: I.T. WORKS DSC551 (Windows XP Home) [USB]

Hello, thanks for your reply! I have tried to do what you have asked but I'm having a few troubles.

When I select "New Compressed (zipped) Folder" it says

"Unable to create the 'New Compressed (zipped) Folder.zip' Access is Denied"

Then when I select Send to 'New compressed Folder', it says "Cannot create output file." but it appears to go through the motions of compressing the folder. I'm not very technical, what am I doing wrong?

I don't know how, but I managed to get it to work! I am a genius indeed. I opened the d drive, opened the driver file and installed it that way and it appears to be working as it should be, as both a digital camera, mass storage device and webcam. Hmm, I wonder how long it will be before I manage to 'break' it though.?!

It would really help other members if you could zip the file and upload it to driverguide.com. Do you have WinZIP program? Or WinRAR will do the same thing. Not sure how you're trying but it sounds like you using the native compression program within Windows XP.
