DRIVER NEEDED: Genius (KYE) K0236002 V1.0 (Windows 98SE) [PCI / ISA]

This card is in my machine (an old one i know) and the computer had to be formatted due to a nasty virus(s) but i couldn't save the driver.
The card has K0236002 V1.0 written on it near the connecter ane the chip has Genius LAN K1304045 written on it.
Any help with a driver and or model number would be greatly appriciated.
