DRIVER NEEDED: Veo Capture 415S 4.0M (Windows 98SE) [USB]

I got this camera from a friend, who does not have the cd (disk??) anymore. I've looked online for the driver and emailed Veo support 3 weeks ago with no response as of yet. Any leads would be appreciated. S/N: starts with 789V. Thank you in advance.
