Okay, I know this has got to be a load off peoples back. I have searched for a week for drivers that would allow me to use the encoder in a sony vaio PCV-RS430G. I was about to set fire to this machine when I realized that every problem has a solution. I searched site after site, sometimes several times each site. Finally, coming to a break in the clouds!! This encoder uses giga pocket software to work. The problem is that the proverbial gateway to this mystical item seems to not exist. However, a wonderful discovery on driverguide.com solved my issues. All you need to do is go to driverguide.com, input "en-26" in the "Enter Model or Keywords" field, and pick "drives and firmware" from the drop-down menu so named "Pick Searck Type" field. This will take you to a couple matches. Obviously, you pick the "en-26" model and download it to your hard-drive. Everything you need to get this horrible card working for you is in this. Thanks to the one who uploaded this gem......teelove69....you ROCK!!!!!! Hope all of this helps you out there. I wish it was laid out for me so well......Deadbyrd
