Email copy I received from Argus tech support:

For this camera, you do not need to install any driver in Windows ME,
2000 and XP. Those operating system have the driver, USB Mass Storage
Device driver, al ready built-in. All you need to do is to make sure
before connecting the USB cable to the camera from the computer that the
camera is turned ON first. The camera will not be detected correctly if
the camera is not ON when it is connected.

I would like to also add, that if it isn't detected, that would indicate a usb problem.
