Hi Jerry, I have the same card and no driver,
I did a search a creative`s site and no results... Looks like Ectiva was a subsidiary desactivated years ago.

The card is called Sound Blaster Ectiva 5.1 and was bought in Japan 2 years ago (not so old).

I can find no evidence that Creative Labs ever made a sound card product with Ectiva 5.1 or TP0033 designation. At least I can't find anything the indicates they did. I suspect what you have is a Chinese counterfiet model. Check here for valid Creative Labs model numbers.
