This modem was manufactured to remotely program security panels. I am trying to use the modem on a XP Pro OS with a 25 to 9 pin serial cable into a USB converter cable. I have succsesfully used other older modems this way that I have had drivers for. I tried loading a default PNP Microsoft driver and it caused bluescreen issues. Thanks in advance for your help.
