Are you sure it's a Macronix built card? They only build NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) chips.

What is the main chipset number or FCC ID #?

The main chip is Macronix's MX86200AFC C9726 TAAG8905.1
But hte card is buit by ARISTO

The company that built it (Aristo) is no longer in business and Macronix does not offer end user support (even if they did, I doubt a XP driver exists). Looks like you'll need to get a newer card.
