DRIVER NEEDED: Intel FW82443BX (Windows ME)

I just formatted a friend's hard drive [well, he used to be a friend] and now I'm trying to get his monitor to display more than 16 colors.

Windows ME says that their monitor.inf is installed, but I'm not given the 32-bit option in the Properties menu.

I'm told that I need the drivers for the mother-board chipset, rather than the monitor. ..which is hopefully true, because all that was available from the "Pro View" monitor website turned out to be some configuration settings, which the computer wanted nothing to do with.

The following numbers are on the main, big chip and the smaller one on the motherboard:
