Hmm this page leads me to think that your motherboard's manufacturer is Supergrace ; unfortunately it seems they went out of business :/ ... and the only BIOS for it I could find around seems to be the same you already have in it.

The V3 in the bios string indicates this is a Vtech (PcPartner), model BSMS3-C872 motherboard.

Check top surface of the board at the back corner opposite of the keyboard connector corner for a 35-xxxx-xx marking and please post it here.
