DRIVER NEEDED: RealTek RTL8139(B/C)CARD BUS (Windows XP Professional)

my email: noemailaddys@allowed.com. I have upgraded to WinXP Pro 64 from win2X. it screwed up my computer and took it to Circuit City $200.00. They fixed it and but the floppy i have for my ethernet is for Win95 (old system). I tried last night after 2 hours trying to figure it out, and it gave me messages "if you install it could not work or make computer unstable". I need an updated driver that would work with my computer and WinXP Pro. below is the type of computer I have. I got it from PC Direct last 02/05. AMD Athlon (+m) 64 Processor 3200+
2.20 GHz, 512 MB of Ram Physical address: Extension // w/ 2 hard drives :
the error message when I look under "my computer" device Manager is PCI, Bus, Device 11, Function 0

Are you sure that's a modem ?
I'm quite sure that's a network interface card

If i'm wrong, you may try this one.
