HELP NEEDED: Emachines m6811 (Windows XP Home) [SCSI]

Hello,
I have a Emachines m6811 laptop im having a problem with two of my drivers first im having trouble with my pnp bios extension i get a little yellow explanation point on it i followed the instruction on how to fix it put it cannot install the driver it tells me there's an error on the inf. Next i have a problem with the st3wolf scsi controller i followed the instruction on fixing that and nothing happened this all started because im trying to burn a DVD with Nero and i cannot and i opened up the admin tools and found that these programs are not running correctly if someone could please help me i would really appreciate it thanks you very much
