I have uploaded the driver for the webcam i have to the site, mine is labelled the same, note the argos mk9 2nw refers to the store that sold the unit and it's postcode. mine is in fact an mingjong usb webcam model sn9c102

Like everyone else I lost the driver cd and pc crashed, but managed to find the files here

Confusing the list of diff drivers but you need to pick

M6217 Desktop PC Cam
M6217M Desktop PC Cam with microphone

Depending if you have a mic or not

File is about 2.4mb
