DRIVER NEEDED: Motherboard Part No atc7401e+ (Windows 98) [IDE]

I am novice user knowing only my motherboard part no. atc7401e+ having onboard sound/audio. Further search on the net was futile with only suggestion that has come up as a vintron motherboard. I need the drivers for this motherboard without which all my graphic and sound is not working.

Please help me find driver for this motherboard.
