It's unheard of for a company to release a product that requires drivers and not include them with the product. I'd be on their a$$ like stink on hoocky. Send them 40-50 emails per day until they give you a positive reponse. Use the CC or BC in your email program and copy the first email address then paste it numerous times in the CC or BC box... that will get their attention
like this:
support@creative.com;support@creative.com;
then just keep pasting the address in the CC or BC box and that will send all emails at once.
