HELP NEEDED: Acorp 7A1647A (Windows XP Professional)

I've found a BIOS update for my motherboard here at driverguide that I tried to download, but I do not receive the file (I chose to save it to my HD).
I could see that the counter for unreviewed/unrated downloads increased so driverguide.com believes that I have received the file.

I have noticed that the homepage of the manufacturer has disapeared so if the files are not hosted at driverguide.com but rather at the manufacturers webserver I guess I'm out of luck.

What file (filename) and address to the file (URL)? What steps did you take to install this driver file?
You should be able to find needed files on ACorps Website.

I just managed to get a copy of the bios-file I need from driverguide.com's repository, so I will try to update the BIOS shortly (instructions included).

ACorps website seems to be down (or perhaps the whole company?), the URL I'm using is www.acorp.com.tw, but it is unreachable (to me anyway).
