printer can't print the page

i have PIII winme desktop. when i get a print commandto print the page the desktop take the print command &procced to printer but printer cann't print the page. Paper move smothly as print the page but blank page comes out.So give me some tips of this prob. E-Mail jondish77@yahoo.com
