Printer Problem. Help.

I Have Pentium 166 With W2k And I Have A Ink Jet Printer Installed On The Sub Port. And It Has One Old Sub Port And I Istalled A New One, Because On The Old One Don't Work At All.
So I Installed My Printer On The New Port, When I Test The Printer On The Instalation Software Look Like Everythin Is Ok.
But When A Print Samethin Again It Give Me A Comunicacion Problems Mesage.
And It Contined To Give The Same Error All The Time.
I Had Unistalled Twice To See If I Had Installed Wrong But I Stil Have The Same Cominucation Error.
Any Advise On This Problem. Thank You In Advance.
