I need the software and the driver of this scanner for my installation. I been through a lot of trouble trying to install my scanner for work.

Plustek only supports this model scanner in Windows 9x/ME/NT operating systems. There is no Windows XP driver available. You can try using the driver they have for NT... that as close to Windows XP as you will be able to find I suspect.
