I wasn't aware the Dell made scanners. And a model # "Gray" slips my memory. Can you be a bit more specific with a description?

Dear Jerry K in response to your last message to me in regards to scanning and copying as doing the same thing. The reason I would like to use the software part of scanner program (copier) is that I use the copier about 90% of the time. By using the copier part of the software program I can save so much more time because it's almost a 100% faster. I use the copier everyweek for my messages at church so if you could please suggest any way that I could fix the problem, getting the driver(wia-benq color flatbed scanner 34)that's the name of driver that came up when I downloaded the program you suggested, to the copier program, I would be very thankful. I would also like to thank you for all of you help in this matter and may God have a blessing for you for your patience and understand in this matter. again thank you, sincerely yours.
