Micron Xpe Notebook Video drivers

I upgraded my Micron Transport Xpe from Win 95 to Win 98SE and only getting 16 color video. I need driver for it. Heres the
FCC ID JBQM1000APC
The serial is 999171-0020
Part # is NBK001347 -00

I have those drivers, if I can figure out how to upload them. But all the XPE drivers can be found on micron's website at www.buympc.com
