DRIVER NEEDED: Acecad Acecat III 5"x5" version1.01 graphics tablet (Windows XP Home)

I have the old driver for this which works on windows 95, but not on window XP. It connects to the serial & keyboard ports and does not plug&play. I searched the acecad & microsoft sites but drew a blank.
