DRIVER NEEDED: Citipack OMIZ (Windows XP Home)

I use Hp Pavillion Notebook with Windows Home SP2.
The problem concerns a bluetooth folding keyboard I bought for my IPaq 6515. I am not sure of the operating system for the pocket PC, is it Windows Mobile Phone Edition? How do I find out?
Anyway I installed the drivers, Pocket PC 2003, and when I synced the iPaq it didn't work - driver out-of-date maybe it won't work.
There is little information on the device, OMIZ, and I cannot find a website on the driver CD. A search does not give me the wesite just people looking for citipack drivers.
