DRIVER NEEDED: Acecad Acecat III (Windows XP Home) FCCID=H2UACE09

This driver is out there but I can't find it (possibility of brain death on my part;-). I have upgraded to WIN XP Home and it is not detected in the PnP new hardware dialogue, and is not listed yet the manufacturer documents suggest it is.
Anyway, the WIN 98 and 95 compatibility mode does not help either therefore I need to find the newer drivers for XP. There is also a millenium drive for it too but again, I can't find it.
Any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated.
