DRIVER NEEDED: Westell B90-611060-06 (Windows XP Home)

Ok, so I was installing a new graphics card I had gotten. Disconnected everything, put it in, hooked everything back up. Now, however, my internet on that computer is dead. The modem isn't installed anymore. The drivers aren't installed anymore for some reason, and I don't have the disc anymore. So, I need this driver. If you have it, please, help me out.
