DRIVER NEEDED: Acer AME-AU00 (Windows XP Professional)

I need an XP driver for an Acer Modem 56 Surf, model AME-AU00. I found another person who posted looking for a driver for this type of modem - they were pointed at the Acer website. Acer no longer has ANY modem drivers on their websites.
My modem is external, connected via serial.
