S3 has been out of the video adapter chipset business for quite some time.
To my knowledge no XP drivers were ever written. Check here:

I have used that card when I have upgraded to windows xp and it work but now after service pack 2 came it will not work for sp2 to my knowledge is also erasing the the cpability of old cards to work so that you will have to buy the new video cards, that version of driver I have that they are looking for. post all your concern with the driver version at my email adress noemailaddys@allowed.com and ill be glad to reply

Hey I have the same card and in my old computer (as of 1 month ago I updated) i was using it as 2nd Vid card (ie dual head). I was totally up to date in WinXP SP2 and *all* seemingly daily 'bigfixes' from windowsupdate. Windows has this driver built in. Get back to me if you still have probs
