Question How do i update a video driver from dos prompt.

How do I update my video driver that i download from the driverguide download list. I can't see my monitor because i have to update my drivers which i'm trying to do from the dos prompt. Setup.exe is not executable from dos. So which file do i use.

Startup Windows in Protectmode by pressing F8 few times during the Startup, replace the other Driver with a Standart Vga Graphicadapter, reboot again normal, and run setup.
