DRIVER NEEDED: Viglen CA1724 (Windows 95)

I recently tried to update my home PC system by replacing an ancient 14" monitor with a Viglen 17" given to me by a friend, but the picture is very fuzzy. I reckon the system needs appropriate video drivers, but the Viglen website doesn't seem to support this model number, and I've had no luck tracking down an appropriate source.
