If you are trying to boot up from an atapi iomega zip disk you will have to have a BIOS that supports this feature. Access your cmos/bios setup screen and change your bootable device order to zip disk first and then insert your zip disk which has been formatted with the system files (format /s). Hit restart or ctrl-alt-del.
