DRIVER NEEDED: everex stepnote mx 1997 model (Windows 95)

I am looking for a phdisk for my bios to format the save to disk partition. everex no longer has these. It is a phoenix bios version 4.05 and has a reference of 10J-0111-1012 everex systems that comes up on the enter setup screen. I would also appreciate any original setup floppy disks or cdrom windows 95 restoration disks for this everex model stepnote mx. It is a 1997 model. Can anyone please help me?!!
