DRIVER NEEDED: ATI ati rs482/rx482 chipset (Windows XP Professional)

got a yellow question mark in device manager for SM bus controller so i assume its a chipset driver i need. the chipset is rs482/rx482 can anyone help me ive searched high and low for this driver but have drawn a blank (i do not have restore or backup discs unfortunatly)
