HELP NEEDED: ECS...? P6IWP-Fe Rev 2.x (Windows XP Professional)

I am looking for someone that has a Bios update for a ECS P6IWP-Fe Rev 2.x or higher motherboard. I am trying to load windows xp on this computer and it will not take. I am getting an error stating: File\$WIN_NT$.~BT\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded/ The error code is 4. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.
I have search high and low with no luck, any help would be much appreciated.

The most recent bios update is Ver 1.2, however, this is not the problem, you heed to go into bios setup and go to the default settings and also check the RAM you may have a faulty memory module in the board.
