Internet Explorer download problem

I have EP Pro. When I try to install Internet Explorer it gets to 99% and then the message says "Newer version already installed.I have Netscape now and not IE.I have looked for any files for IE and can't find anything.What am I missing?

If you have XP Pro (instead of EP Pro), then you already have Internet Explorer installed.. Microsoft designed all Windows os from 95 up to install IE by default during installation of the os. So my question is, Why are you trying to install something that should already be installed? If you mean your trying to UPDATE IE, then if you get notification that a newer version is already installed, what's the point of trying to update?

Netscape can be installed and run on any Windows os... it's just another browser software application.

Your goal and how your attempting to do it, with some details, is needed.
