DRIVER NEEDED: Acorp Phoenix 6A815EP(s)-A1 (Windows 2000 Workstation)

I have a Mainboard but not sure it's manufacturer's name. I've lost it's driver CD so now I can't intall driver for sound card. I saw word "Phoenix 6A815EP" on the sound card. I tried to find driver for this device but no result till now. If you have the driver please send me or in case you can'r sent me the driver you can tell me some imformation about this.
