HELP NEEDED: Toshiba TE2000 (Windows XP Professional)

Can someone help me how I can get into a BIOS

setup in my Laptop TE2000.I can't even see any sign of bootup and there's nothing on the screen after putting the power on.The power is on but there is nothing on the screen.Can someone help me please?
