I don't find the driver and Sony support dosen't provide it to me because I passed from original winXP Home edition to professional .

Using Windows XP Pro makes no difference. It supports optical drives the same as Windows XP Home does. Optical drives do not require any driver when used in any Windows os from 95 up. Windows XP Pro provides native support that allows this drive to read a data or music disk and to burn a cd-r disk. It contains no support for burning cd-rw disks or for playing dvd disks. For those 2 tasks, compatible recording and dvd decoding software is required.
eg: Easy CD Creator V5.x (or higher), Easy Cd & DVD Creator v6.x, Nero V 5.5.5.1 (or higher), WinDVD or PowerDVD
