That appears to be a Samsung product, eg:

No dos drivers are available to my knowledge. Only Firmware and User Manuals
Use an emergency boot disk. It contains oakcdrom.sys and mscdex.exe of which will enable any atapi drive currently sold. available here on driverguide.com and www.bootdisk.com
command lines required:
autoexec.bat

mscdex.exe /d:mscd001
config.sys

device=oakcdrom.sys /d:mscd001
