Xp Online Stop!!!!!!!

First time XP user. XP decides to launch my browser connection page about every 5-10min when offline. Has rasautou error when closing page. Found folder in windows somewhere but can't do anything.Folder won't open. Not sure what to do. Not my 98SE anymore.

With the information you have supplied, this appears to be you got some spyware, or malicious script on your system. Got on the net and go to bullet proof software. Download their Trial version of spyware remover. this should fix the problem. It would be good idea to purchase this software if you are happy with the result.
