Exclamation Win2000Pro Savedump Problem

I have been using Win2000Pro for a while without problems. Recently my machine reboots at random intervals and without warning. When I look at the event log I pull out the following information:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 2006/01/30
Time: 18:24:57
User: N/A
Computer: DAD
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xe50dfd6c, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x80448bde). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini013006-03.dmp.

When I look at the processes running I see that savedump.exe is running and I cannot end the process. I also cannot delete or rename savedump.exe from the C:\winnt\system32 directory. Firstly what is the cause of the error, and secondly how do I rectify it. Someone please help

You might also wish to run Adaware or any good adaware software to make sure your system is clean. Also run a good online anti-virus checker/cleaner. Info about where to get this type program is available in out Anti-Virus forum.
